feathers

There are swans, the legends say, who circle the world
and heard their own notes and remember little but their love.

There are ravens, the mythsingers chant, who circle the night
and feel the fluttering edge between reality and magic.

It is said that in a single feather the wind can breath
the hopes of an entire generation

It is said that birds can fly through the sun and the rain
and all the emotions that we can share through life.
