Rhyme Time

Whether you celebrate or not, the holiday season seems to create stress and busy schedules for everyone. Isn’t this supposed to be a jolly, carefree time?

You know what reminds me most readily of jolly holiday fun? Songs. More specifically, carols. I realize they’re most often associated with Christmas, but Christmas does not have the monopoly on happy songs.

I wanna do something silly, to let the stress out. One comment at a time, toss out a lyric from a favorite holiday tune. You can be random, or you can try to match the comment before yours. The only rule is, try to keep it holiday themed.

And I’ll go first — first comment.

Meanwhile, if you’re up for a challenge, we’ve listed some contests for you to look into.

About RicoChey

I'm just an unmarried, childless, thirty-something high school dropout with big ideas and a small attention span. Weave drunkenly behind me as I meander through my own life: a winding path of musings on life, relationships, food, the few politics I can stomach discussing, and probably really dumb stuff like the ratio of Sex and the City episodes wherein Carrie does and does not appear to be wearing extensions.
